Bruschetta Salad

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  7 cups Kellogg's® Stuffing Mix

  1/2 large red onion, diced

  2 large tomatoes, diced

  1/2 cup sliced black olives

  3 Tbs chopped, fresh parsley or basil

  1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

  3/4 cup balsamic Italian dressing

  1/4 tsp salt

  1/4 tsp pepper

Directions

Mix together all ingredients. Let stand 10 minutes. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
