Buffalo Chicken Tacos

Ingredients

  1 pack Dietz & Watson Buffalo Chicken Sausage

  1/2 cup Blue Cheese Crumble

  2 slices bacon

  1/4 cup minced red onion

  1/4 cup iceberg lettuce (shredded)

  1 corn tortilla

  1 Tbs Dietz & Watson Red Pepper Ailoli

Directions

1. Cut Dietz & Watson Buffalo Chicken Sausages into ½ inch slices and pan sear on medium heat. Cook until golden brown.

2. Place Dietz & Watson Bacon on pan and sear until crisp then split the bacon into smaller pieces.

3. Place sausage slices into tortilla and top with Blue Cheese Crumble, bacon, minced red onion, shredded iceberg lettuce and red pepper aioli.
