Garlicky Chicken Breasts & Mashed Potatoes

Cook Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients

  1 envelope GOOD SEASONS Roasted Garlic or Italian Salad Dressing Mix

  2 oz KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese

  6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 2 lb.)

  1 envelope GOOD SEASONS Roasted Garlic Salad Dressing Mix

  6 cups prepared mashed potatoes

Directions

Mix salad dressing mix and cheese.

Moisten chicken with water; dip in dressing mixture. Place in shallow baking dish.

Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes or until cooked through.

Stir salad dressing mix into hot potatoes. Serve with chicken.

Tip: For a golden look, after chicken is cooked through, set oven to broil. Broil 2 to 4 minutes or until golden brown. Stir salad dressing mix into hot potatoes.
