Classic Chicken Parmesan

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Servings: 4

No frying needed for this quick and easy Chicken Parmesan. Serve with a side of pasta or on Italian bread for a Chicken Parm sub.


  1 package McCormick® Classic Chicken Parmesan Seasoning Mix

  1 lb thinly sliced boneless skinless chicken breast halves

  1 Tbs oil

  1/2 cup spaghetti or marinara sauce

  1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Empty Seasoning Mix into shallow dish. Brush chicken with oil. Coat evenly on both sides with Seasoning Mix. Discard any remaining Seasoning Mix.

2. Place chicken in single layer on foil-lined shallow baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray.

3. Bake 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Turn chicken over. Spoon sauce over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.

Skillet Directions: Coat chicken as directed. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add chicken in batches, adding more oil if necessary; cook 5 minutes per side or until cooked through. Spoon sauce over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover. Cook 1 to 2 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
