Italian Basil & Garlic Sausage and Peppers

Quick and easy sausage and peppers in a tomato-basil sauce makes a great weeknight meal.


  1 Tbs vegetable oil

  1 Italian sausage links

  1 onion

  1 bell pepper

  1 package McCormick® Italian Chicken with Tomato and Basil Skillet Sauce

Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add sausage; cook 5 minutes per side or until browned. Add onion and bell pepper; cook and stir 5 minutes.

Stir in Skillet Sauce. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 5 minutes or until sausage is cooked through.
