Double Cheese Chili

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 30 minutes

Servings: 6


  1 lb. LOUIS RICH Frozen Ground Turkey , thawed, or ground beef

  1/2 cup chopped onion

  1/2 cup chopped green pepper

  1 can (15 oz.) kidney beans , drained

  1 can (14-1/2 oz.) whole tomatoes , undrained

  1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce

  1 Tbs chili powder

  KRAFT Finely Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese

Brown turkey in large skillet on medium heat until no longer pink; drain.

Add onion and green pepper; cook until tender.

Stir in beans, tomatoes, tomato sauce and chili powder; cover.

Simmer on low heat 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Sprinkle cheese in bottom of serving bowls.

Spoon chili over cheese; sprinkle with additional cheese.

Top with BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream, if desired.

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley or cilantro.
