Cheeseburger Tacos

Got a finicky kid that only eats cheeseburgers? Add some variety to his diet with this cheeseburger tacos! Easy-to-prepare and fun to eat, they will appeal to even the pickiest of eaters.

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

3/4 cup water

1.25 oz ORTEGA® Taco Seasoning Mix (1 package)

2 cans pasteurized prepared cheese (8 ounces)

2 Tbs yellow mustard

12 ORTEGA® Taco Shells 1 package

Toppings: shredded lettuce, chopped tomato, sweet pickle relish, chopped onion, ORTEGA® Thick & Smooth Taco Sauce

Directions

BROWN beef; drain. Stir in water and seasoning mix. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 to 6 minutes or until thickened. Add cheese and mustard; stir until cheese is melted.

FILL taco shells with beef mixture. Top with lettuce, tomato, relish, onion and taco sauce.
