Turkey and Bean Tacos
Ground turkey is a great substitution for ground beef in tacos. Here, we’ve added beans and Ortega Diced Green Chiles for some additional contrast and flavor.
1 lb ground turkey
16 oz ORTEGA® Refried Beans (1 can)
7 oz ORTEGA® Diced Green Chiles ( 1 can)
1.25 oz ORTEGA® Taco Seasoning Mix (1 package)
12 ORTEGA® Taco Shells 1 package
Toppings: shredded lettuce, SARGENTO® ChefStyle Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese, sour cream, ORTEGA® Thick & Smooth Taco Sauce
BROWN turkey until no longer pink; drain. Stir in beans, chiles and seasoning mix.
FILL taco shells with turkey mixture. Top with lettuce, cheese, sour cream and taco sauce.
