Cheesy Primavera

1 pkg. (12 oz.) VELVEETA Shells & Cheese Dinner

1 cup broccoli flowerets

1 cup red or green pepper strips

1 cup zucchini slices

2 Tbsp. butter or margarine

1/4 tsp. dried basil leaves


Prepare Dinner as directed on package.

Cook and stir vegetables in butter in large skillet on medium heat until tender-crisp. Add prepared Dinner and basil; mix lightly.
