Veggie pizza with meatballs
Servings: 1 (12 inch) pizza
1, 12-inch premade pizza crust (preferably whole wheat, such as Boboli brand.) or whole wheat pizza dough
1 cup marinara sauce
3/4 cup part skim mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup thinly sliced green peppers
1/2 cup thinly sliced onions
1/2 cup thinly sliced mushrooms
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
5-6 Veggie Patch Meatless Meatballs
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 475 degrees F, or follow directions for premade crust if different. Spread dough evenly with marinara sauce. Cut Meatless Meatballs in quarters and distribute over the top of the pizza.
Add oregano and garlic powder. Next add all of the veggies; top with cheese.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until crust is slightly browned and cheese is melted and beginning to bubble.
