Bag n Season Smoky Western Spareribs

3 lbs pork spareribs, cut in 2-rib pieces

1 package McCormick® Bag 'n Season® Pork Chops

1 Tbs McCormick® Chili Powder

1 tsp McCormick® Garlic Powder

1 tsp McCormick® Mustard, Ground

1/2 tsp McCormick® Ginger, Ground

1 tsp soy sauce

1/4 tsp liquid smoke


Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange opened Cooking Bag in 13x9-inch baking pan or dish. Place ribs in bag.

Mix Seasoning Mix with remaining ingredients. Sprinkle evenly over ribs. Close bag loosely with nylon tie. Cut 4 small holes in top of bag to allow steam to escape.

Bake in lower half of oven 1 1/2 hours. Let stand 5 minutes
