Asian Fish Tacos

Fish tacos topped with a tasty slaw and chopped peanuts.
1-1/2 lbs tilapia fillets, cut into 1-inch-wide strips
1-1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs
1 pkg (16 oz.) coleslaw mix
1/2 cup PLANTERS peanuts, chopped
12 corn tortillas (6 inch), warmed

STEP 1: Heat oven to 375°F. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. DIP fish in Baking Sauce and then in bread crumbs. Place on prepared baking sheet.
STEP 2: BAKE for 15-20 min or until fish flakes easily with fork.
STEP 3: MIX coleslaw blend, nuts and Finishing Sauce.
STEP 4: TOP warm tortillas with fish and slaw mixture.
Tip: Add a few drops of Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce) to slaw; sprinkle with sliced green onions.
