Sage Cheese Toasts 6 Ways

With a base of toasted French bread slices spread with sage cream cheese and an assortment of toppings you will have a variety of appetizers to take you through the holiday celebrations.

Ingredients

1 package cream cheese

1/4 cup sour cream

1 Tbs McCormick® Sage Rubbed

1/4 tsp McCormick® Black Pepper Ground

1 French bread

Olive oil

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, sage and pepper in medium bowl until well blended. Cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Toast in oven 5 minutes or until golden brown. Spread each bread slice with 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture. See Cooking Tips for Toppings.
