Cantaloupe Smoothie

Milk plus DHA and a bit of flax oil bring a boost of Omega-3s to this refreshing treat.


1 cup reduced fat Horizon Organic Milk plus DHA

1 cup fresh cantaloupe chunks

1/2 cup frozen cantaloupe chunks

1-2 tsp sugar or honey (depending on the sweetness of the fruit)

1 1/2 tsp flax oil*

4-6 ice cubes


Place all ingredients in blender, cover tightly and blend until smooth and frothy.

*Available in the natural section of most grocery stores
