Gluten-Free Taco Casserole

All the great flavors of tacos in one delicious dish. This weeknight casserole is ready in 30 minutes.


1 1/2 lean ground beef

1 package McCormick® Gluten-Free Taco Seasoning Mix

1 can pinto beans

1 can tomato sauce

1 can corn

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

1 cup tortilla chips


Brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat.

Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes. Spoon into 2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and tortilla chips.

Serve with desired toppings.
