Corn Salsa Fresca

Serve corn salsa as a chunky dip for tortilla chips or a condiment for burgers and fajitas.


1 can corn

2 cups tomatoes

2 Tbs lime juice

2 Tbs red onion

1 Tbs cilantro

1 Tbs McCormick® Perfect Pinch Mexican Seasoning


Mix all ingredients in medium bowl until well blended. For added heat, stir in jalape├▒o pepper. Cover.

Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve salsa with quesadillas, fajitas or grilled meats.
