Artichoke Dip with Jalapeño & Roasted Red Pepper

Ingredients
1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 jars (6.7 oz. each) Mezzetta Marinated Artichoke Hearts, drained and roughly chopped
1 jar (6.5 oz.) Mezzetta Garlic & Parmesan Everything Spread
1 1/2 Tbs Mezzetta Gourmet Deli Tamed Diced Jalapeño Peppers
1/4 cup Mezzetta Deli-Sliced Roasted Red Bell Peppers, drained and diced Salt and pepper to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F. |
In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients. |
Place into an 8x8 baking dish and bake for about 15 minutes or until bubbly around the edges. |
Serve hot with pita chips or bread cubes. |
